How does the $149 minimum work?+
A $149 minimum applies to each service appointment. It applies to the whole order, not each item, and items can be combined in one appointment. Individual item prices remain listed separately. A $139 standard 3-seat sofa is still $139 as a base price, but a standalone visit is subject to the $149 minimum.
How is the final price determined?+
Final pricing is confirmed from photos and details such as size, fabric, condition, stains, access and treatment requirements. Starting prices are for standard scope. We confirm the quote before booking.
Are specialty treatments included in standard cleaning?+
Basic ordinary spot treatment and a normal small amount of pet hair are included where listed. Specialty stain removal, extra pet hair, urine treatment and deodorizing are add-ons to standard cleaning, not standalone appointments at the add-on price.
What fabrics and rugs can you clean?+
We review the care code, fiber and construction when available and choose an appropriate method. Wool, viscose/rayon, silk, jute, sisal, antique/oriental, hand-knotted, shag, unstable-dye and unknown specialty rugs are not automatically quoted at the synthetic rug rate.
How long will the service take?+
Each service includes an Approx. service time where a useful estimate is available. Service times are planning estimates and may vary based on condition, stains, fabric, access and treatment requirements.
Do you take large carpet projects?+
Not currently. Done Cleaning is accepting small carpet areas and rooms within the listed scope. Whole-building, large commercial and open areas over 300 sq ft are not currently advertised.
